Emergency Shelter

SOME Inc. (So Others Might Eat)
Dwelling Place (Emergency Shelter for the abused, neglected and exploited elderly)

Provides short-term housing for no more than 90 days for older District of Columbia residents. The 24-hour emergency shelter provides medical and dental services, psychotherapy and family counseling. During stays at the shelter, social workers help seniors secure other supportive services and suitable housing.
