BODYWISE Program for Seniors

Consists of water exercise, walk and stretch classes. These activities include a health education component that covers topics such as the safe use of medication, blood pressure screening and the benefits of exercise for certain physical problems. The program also offers other opportunities to learn and socialize. Swimming is not required.

Classes are conducted by appropriately trained and certified instructors and are designed to encourage participants to exercise at their own fitness level.
